waste of time 24
My account was locked. You don’t realize how important real time customer service is until something like this happens. Two days later and I still don’t have access to my money.
Very hard to use

Need to wait a very long time to get your money withdraw from betterment. The customer service team is not responsive

I'm not sure I am a great person to evaluate this app, as I am newly a widow and my husband did all our finances. That said, I am new to the investment market, It would be nice if there was some sort of tutorial that explained how to use their app. I'm sure to those who understand, it may be a good app. Think I will stick to banking investments.

I have been trying to call for days to get a new debit card since I lost mine. I don’t know why I can’t just request one though the app! Everytime I call I’m told to “email” because your call times are to long. Like for the love of god answer your phones! Why do y’all make the simplest task so hard??
