I used this service for a full calendar year, making auto deposits every 2 weeks. And 1 year and a day, the mark for long term cap gains, I attempted to withdraw the funds to place in another investment system, and allow this account to begin again for another calendar year. MY FUNDS NEVER TRANSFERRED AND THEY TERMINATED MY ACCOUNT “DUE TO FRAUD” It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, it took 4 hours for them to call me back. And that’s after my account was locked for an entire week allowing me no access. They cannot give me any information on why my account was flagged, where my money is currently, and the status of the gains in my account. This app is a computer system with minimal returns. You could spend a week reading articles and get better returns. They have zero customer service or recourse if you have an issue. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE!

My account has been locked the day I received my debit card. It has been a week now. Calling is no help. I call right away in the morning For a good couple days now and it always tells me “due to high volume” No matter what option to speak about and no matter the time I call I have emailed security and account management, even the app bot (which is not helpful at all since last Wednesday and no response

I thought this was going to be an easy application for me to move money in and out into different accounts with my bank. It is now been six business days and I have not heard a word yet from you? All I want is an answer when does this get approved or not and why not? I have plenty money in my bank and I want to start business. To me this is a bad business on your part? Prove me wrong and let’s move forward. William
