Lots of missing parking lots in the Seattle area. Even on their own maps, I can spot a P symbol with text such as "park and ride" or "-- public parking lot". Street parking is mostly missing. The filter keeps switching from street to garage. Why!!!? Garbage

BestParking is by far one of my favorite apps! Always has up to date and accurate information which helps me navigate parking in NYC. Their customer support is extremely responsive and always helpful! This is a MUST HAVE app for anyone owning a car in NYC!! I have recommended to many friends and everyone loves it!

Only issue I've had, and I use BestParking A LOT in NYC, is that a couple times I've had the garage not honor the reservation I made online. Only seems to happen during big events (one I recall was during San Genaro at a garage in Little Italy). But mostly this is a great app that saves a lot of time and money.

I tried this app for the first time. Bought and paid for a parking pass. Printed out the barcode pass. When I exited parking garage, I discovered there was no barcode reader at the exit kiosk. There was no attendant. It was an automated unmanned kiosk. Had to pay with credit card to exit the garage. What do I do now with the prepaid parking pass? Am I simply out the money? Who do I contact?

I use Best Parking all the time. I think it's a little hard to know when you can/can't book a reservation. They always have the lowest rates though which is great

We absolutely love this app. We go into Downtown Chicago a couple of times a month and not usually to the same area. We have no idea where parking is relative to where we are going and this app tells us. We can choose either the cheapest or the closest, but it's our choice. We know ahead of time where we are going and how much it costs. I usually pre plan far enough in advance that I can print out the parking confirmation, but sometimes I just do it in the car on the way into the city. Either way, we've never had a problem and love knowing where we are headed and how far away it is from our destination.
