So I scheduled parking and forgot to set the times. I scheduled another spot with the correct time and then sent customer support an email with the confirmation number and asked them to cancel the reservation. Got an email saying it was done. Good. I go to redeem my pass and find that my second pass was cancelled as well. Not good. They have no way of back tracking their system so I had to pay the full amount for the lot. I called and asked could I be reimbursed for the difference since this wasn't my fault and they said probably not but I could try. Really really disappointing BestParking. Please fix that issue because this will happen again and it's not good business.

You can either reserve and pay in advance fir parking, or just get the reduced coupon. Save paper and trees, and just save to your phone.

I use to love this app. It was accurate and saved me time and money. But the last two times I used it, not only was the pricing inaccurate, it was MORE THAN DOUBLE the listed price. Once your car is parked you're at the mercy of the lot. They don't care what the app says.

I really love this app. Not only does it help me find reasonable parking near my destination, it's good for finding long term parking. I've used it the past two times for 14 day parking near the airport. Best Parking had the best rate. I paid them and everything worked seamlessly. I highly recommend this app.
