Beware! – BestParking: Get Parking Deals Review

I tried this app for the first time. Bought and paid for a parking pass. Printed out the barcode pass. When I exited parking garage, I discovered there was no barcode reader at the exit kiosk. There was no attendant. It was an automated unmanned kiosk. Had to pay with credit card to exit the garage. What do I do now with the prepaid parking pass? Am I simply out the money? Who do I contact?
