I travel a lot, I use this app almost every time I book hotels. Unlike some other hotel apps, it will not show availability for a property if it’s booked. It looks clean, I like the interface I like to have a mobile key included in the app, I hope I will see that soon.

Screen says download update and I go to App Store and end up spiraling through the same message with no update.

This app would be great if it worked. It just sits and spins non stop. So I have started using the Holiday Inn app, it works great. So I guess I am out on using it until your company decides to fix it. It’s really very frustrating. My husband stays in a hotel 3-4 times a week, your missing out on money.

Got the app while on a road trip. With the promotion $25 coupon for each stay. Looking up hotels was easy enough, but traveling with a pet needed to call hotels. Could NOT call from the app, frustrating. Logging into the app is worse. I have had to reset my password every time I try to use the app. So just been using as guest, find hotel to stay at, try to remember the phone #, call the hotel. When we get to the hotel add our rewards #. Very frustrating for an app that should make things easier

Ok for booking but needs major improvements to compete with other hotel groups. On another subject, instead of having a bunch of different best western apps could easily combine all the features and add them into one app. Express checkout with the app is definitely a must, especially for guests who have schedules to keep. Just a suggestion maybe look at all the other hotel group apps. It never hurts to strive for excellence.
Nothing works past the splash screen

I downloaded this app and it didn’t work. I deleted it and downloaded it again and it still doesn’t work. Yeah, it opens up and I can see my reservations but when I tap on the reservation to login or check-in or do anything, I get an endless spinning wheel. Then I have to pull out my computer or tablet look up the phone number and call them. Waste of space on my device
Always a hassle

This app always has something broken on it. The point of using the app is to avoid having to call the booking desk and recite my credit card number and my rewards number plus any other miscellaneous info needed to book a room. Recently I tried to book a room for business travel and the app said it could use my current credit card. So I could t book my room. Look if y’all don’t want my money I’m sure someone does. Fix you app before it fixes your pocket book.
