Check out nightmare

I love shopping at Belk. I really love the convenience of online shopping. Check out is a nightmare. On several occasions I ended up calling. Today I could not finalize checkout. It kept deleting my order. It didn’t apply the coupon to all qualified items. I completed it due to determination. Do not think I will try it again. When I applied coupon it did not apply it to all qualified purchases. I understand it did not apply to clearance items but I purchased several pairs of Vanity Fair Briefs. It did not apply the % off to all of them. When I went to check out and applied discount it would not go to the next page. It continued to apply the discount and would not complete checkout. I spent one evening and part of the next day completing my order. If I had not wanted the clearance Alfred Dinner I would have thrown my Belk card in the trash and ordered from a different on line store. It shorted my order one item and I have not heard if I will be getting it in a different shipment. Belk has always been my go to store. Not so sure about that now.

I love shopping with Belk. They offer a better selection of gift items at great prices versus the everyday department stores. I was able to shop for unique baby shower gifts for my new grand daughter, and even found adorable mermaid items that I hadn’t seen anywhere else! Shopping from my phone through the app makes shopping a breeze with my busy “no time to rest” life. Belk also has some of the best coupon deals I’ve found anywhere! They are always helping to save rewards card members even more.
App is so terrible

This app is so bad! It doesn’t search properly and is always hard to find anything you are looking for and times out all the time! Invest in a better app!

A bit difficult to navigate and coupons don’t always go from cart to check out. You have to back out to ensure coupons are there and you get the right price

I cannot access my bag or view past orders. No way to actually Che k out in the app either now. Goes to another screen and error code pops up with each attempt to move on. Awful
Pages will not rotate to landscape on iPad

The app Is fine except that I can’t use it in landscape mode on iPad Pro, which means I can’t use it with my keyboard. That makes it non-user friendly. Please rectify this issue. :)

Unable to place order when logged in. Had to place order as guest to check out. Deleted and reloaded app and did not fix.
