Somethings wrong with the financial part of this app
financials not adding up
It overcharged me by $50. I will spend the next two hours on the phone with customer service getting this corrected. Very annoying.

Love shopping online and returns are so simple. I wish the app had more filters when selecting items, such as sleeve length, color, etc.

Belk $ and CC wouldn’t work 7 times before I could process

This is the second time in 2 months I have tried to purchase with Elite cards for special promotions and wouldn’t let me pay. My bag was discounted and Belk $ entered and applied but then gives me error after processing. The error comes up can’t process. 2 months ago this happened so they sent me a new card well it also didn’t work today for my total of $224 but did finally go thru with a 24 dollar order.

First time using app, found shopping ok and easy to navigate, when it came time to check out, no coupons applied to my order, nor did my Belk Rewards dollars, (received when signing up for the credit card). So much for this "Sunsational' shopping experience.
Wouldn’t not under any circumstances apply my online coupon!!

Tried to apply a 30% discount on order over $100 to be paid with my Belk reward card. Kept saying it had been applied but never deducted the 30% for the balance due on my purchase.
