I click on anything and all it goes to is women’s clothing. You do have other customers than older women. If I click a sale ask me what dept. don’t assume! I have no interest in women’s clothes I’m male. The app is a bust and checkout is more complicated then programming a VCR in the 80’s, needs lots of work.

Just purchased a pair of “wedding boots” for my granddaughters wedding! Yes, we’re wearing cowboy boots with our beautiful dresses! I’m so excited! Belks had exactly what I needed! Also, the jewelry!! Thank you for making my life easier with online shopping!
A few bugs

Belk is honestly my favorite store... so of course when I got engaged I wanted to create my registry first thing. I downloaded the app thinking that would be easier but I find it very difficult to edit my registry and it won’t let me sometimes and this can be frustrating because I don’t want to have the wrong items on the list. I would say there are a few minor issues with the app but other than that it’s great. I’d also love to be able to filter by what’s in stock at my local store... or my favorite store. Thanks!

Reward dollars expire

My complaint is that Belk dollars expire. I had over 100.00 in rewards and wasn't able to get back to use only due to being on chemo. Other than this minor issue, Belk has always been my favorite store. Also the cart in the app. While I was shopping the items would come up as out of stock. I had them in my cart. Some things were gifts, then Went to checkout and half my cart is now out of stock. Why does belk do this? Why would anyone bother to shop when items are just taken from the cart? Put a time Limit on the cart or something. I am so disappointed with Belk’s online shopping. I’m very mad because I had the PERFECT gift picked out and it was taken from my cart. This is a disgrace for Belk
Wedding Registry Purchase

It never gave me an opportunity to say this was a gift or write a message for the gift. It also didn’t pick up the address from the gift registry to ship directly to the bride ad groom. I’ve never sent a gift from any other registry without these options. It also didn’t give me an opportunity to sign into my account once I was in check out and didn’t realize I wasn’t logged in. Plus if didn’t remove the items from the registry.

I love shopping at Belk, both online and in the stores. The choices are a major attraction, as are the sales.
What is in my cart?

Something keeps popping into my cart with a charge but no picture nor description. I finally gave up, when package comes in, I’ll return item but it’s reducing my coupon discount
