I just love that Belk reflects the whimsy of Coastal Southern living! I am pleased quality is very important because my store is Fun to shop in! I order online too for sales ❤️
Not as user friendly as it could be, and is very unintuitive at times.

Even the review is hard... I write it in the headline and it won’t allow me to copy and paste on my phone..and the nickname..... why do even bother when it’s this much trouble? I’ve tried 3 diff nicknames and have yet to find one that’s not taken. Changing the review to one star for the trouble.

This app worked great the first time I used it. The last 2 times an error message came up. An item in my order had insufficient quantity to ship. Instead of the item being deleted automatically or identifying it, I was left to guess which item needed to be deleted. So much time was wasted, I ended up not being able to order.
Easy to use but could use improvements

Love my Belk app on my iPad. I do, however, wish Belk would improve the app. It would be helpful if similar items would link to each other. Such as panties with bras.....rather than having to start a new search for matching pieces, it would be great if pieces were shown together.

Love Shopping at Belks. I just wish they still had a store on the Westside of Jacksonville! I miss the convenience of having a store nearby…

I always have to resubmit my orders. Many things/products are not on website, that are in mailers.... Website needs updating. It is slow and my orders seem to always have to be done over!
Time change
Time penalty not fair
I just had the time to look at the sales ad and as I was placing my order the time changed to 12:00 Eastern time but I am in the Central time zone. Because of this I had to pay $25 more. This will probably stop me from purchasing online. I should not be penalized when I live in a different time zone.
New version has some issues!

First, I Love Belk! It’s always my first choice whether shopping for myself, or gifts. This new app...very frustrating! You click on ‘click to enlarge’ and all you get is a screen that has all the views, about the same size as they were before you ‘click to enlarge’, and you can’t zoom in on them. It’s useless and frustrating. The old version was very friendly to both enlarge and zoom. I have passed on purchasing some items because I can’t determine certain things without zooming. Please fix this!
