Game Crashes and Disappears

Would like to really give the new update a try but the games always crashes and disappears. Very frustrating that an update would pushed out without being thoroughly tested but it might not matter if users begin to disappear as well. If you can’t play the game you move on to others that actually work. Also - from back in the pre-update days when the game actually worked - how about giving your users a real chance to win ‘Grand Prizes’? Picking the same exact location 600+ times in a row and never hitting once is not unlucky with this game because it’s RIGGED for you to never get it. Is that really how you value your customers? Nice.

I used to like this game and played with some friends. Now that you've changed it so much, I can’t find my friend players anymore! They are friends on FB, but their names don’t show up in any of the lists or when I do a search. What have you done?!

Been playing for years. Love to jump on and kill time every so often. This newest update has me all kinds of confused. I don’t want to use the boosts just yet but was forced to. The scoreboard no longer has my profile pic and I can’t figure out why. Don’t have a FB so can’t import that way. Just a big mess. I miss the older versions. ?

I have played this game for more than 4 years and play it daily. I had to remove those Two other last updates and lost all my hard earned points. I now have 61 million points and with the new update the game opens but immediately disappears and it happened when I was earning over 12millions points with the violin gem. I’ve restarted my phone and for two days now I can’t even get it to open. I don’t want to lose my stats so what now??????? I’ve tried sending a help message to the link provided but it doesn’t let me. HELP

I used to like this game but the new update makes it more difficult than fun. Screen is too small now due to added gem area at the bottom. Please stick with what works and change it back.

The last “improvement”....

Once again, the latest & greatest “improvement” does more damage than good. My last game ended with the score of 2,044! Tried contacting the so-called EA support which is pretty much non-existent. Their answer? “We cannot respond directly to you. Watch for more updates.” What a load of BS. Too bad I can’t give the app a zero star rating.

How do you take a great classic fun game and the turn it into garbage with a single update? Seriously time to consider deleting while holding out hope that the freaking genius who came up with this update will go back to sacking groceries at Safeway
