Newest update is horrible

Yeah, I used to enjoy this game, but the newest update changed everything. It’s slower, and not as fun. Unless I he game goes back to how it was, I’ll never play again. Just because a junior programmer needs to do something to keep his job doesn’t mean you push it from testing into production. Lame.

This new update is awesome! I was about to delete the older version due to it being so limited & boring, but now there’s so much to enjoy I think I’ll keep it around. I used to just log on for my free daily spin and challenge, then not log back on til’ the next day - but now I’m finding myself logging on to play much more frequently. This new version provides players with free boosts, so not only can you play unlimited times, gaining high scores, but can also challenge yourself to play better overall - at no cost to you. The rewards are higher & there are more of them. Now, along with coins used for purchasing rare gems, you also can win gold bars (used to purchase chest & more) and shards & diamonds (used to upgrade boosts). Even the basic, free chest rewards higher gems & gold bars, while the rare gems reward coins AND shards etc. I love these features as it gives me more to look forward to in the future in advancing in the game. Being able to upgrade the boosts is also a huge plus for me. As mentioned before, you now can win shards & diamonds the more you play and use these to upgrade your favorite boosts. For example, my favorite boost is the scrambler. You can use this boost to scramble the board 2 times per game session, but with the first upgrade, it raises to 3 times, and the next upgrade? 4 times. You get the picture. There’s more to rave about, I’m sure, but overall so far I’m very happy that this game just became more interesting / strategic for players to enjoy. Definitely more my cup of tea!

I've had this game for several years. Every time they update it has major problems. Must have 12 yr old programmers. Wait, what am I saying, 12 yr olds would do better. Payouts and challenges have gotten terribly cheap too. Latest upgrade is a step backwards!
