I ve loved this game for years and years. After latest update, it is hard, no, almost impossible to play. It is now confusing.. that is if the game works at all due to many freezes. Life is frustrating enough without a game adding to it. Good bye BB, you lost a faithful customer.

I haven’t played in a while but when I went to play today all my gems are GONE...the game is completely different and it is no fun. I am deleting this after being a long term player.

I don’t like the new game set up at all. And you changed it because? I don’t understand it, don’t know where I am and I just keep clicking until I get to PLAY. Probably won’t be playing as much as before. Not a good move.

So much fun trying to beat my sister for the top spot! So much fun to play! I continue playing Not sure yet about this latest update! Will review after playing a bit longer Tried the newest update Don’t like it at all Will limit my playing of the game to a minimum My sister (who is an avid player) doesn’t like it either Screen too busy Can’t even find pause button Go back to other screen display PLEASE

Love the game but haven't been able to play for 2 days since the update. Opens app then closes back out.

Now THAT’s how 2 do an upd8. ??! Ok. That’s the good. I don’t kno y others r complaining about not winning like they used 2. The boosts r now free, get over yourselves. More chests, good. BUT... If I have 5,000 gold bars & choose the classic chest that costs 1,000 gold bars, then WHY DOES IT TELL ME I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH BARS?!?! Please, do us all a favor & hire some1 who can... oh... I dunno... like may b... ACTUALLY DO THE MATH!!?

I just played my free slot pull of the morning and got the three blue gems and it said network error check your internet connection!!! That's BULL!!! I should get my million points cuz I pulled it three more times and got the three blue gems again!!!! NOT COOL!!!! Unbeleivable!!!!!!! And I screenshot it so u guys can see so if u want the proof then let me send u the picture of my million dollar win!!!! August 27th 9:55 A.M.!!!!! Very Upset about this!!!!!! It Just Happened AGAIN!!!!! (12/26/17) I got the three Blue Gems and Nothing!!! No Million Points!!!! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!!!!! I have another picture of it so THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!!!!!!! Now my game just tilted on me and I was playing the 120 point Ruby Boomstone Game! I want my points back!!!!! This game has become such a rip off it is not the same anymore!!!! I don’t like the new upgraded version at all!!! Once my points r gone...IM DONE!!!!
