Unusable Program

Was looking forward to a stability improvement from this 18 July update since the last update resulted in a black screen and never opened. This update gives a slow load, purple screen and indefinite spinning blue circle and still never gets to the data entry screen. I have since unsubscribed from the service at $9.99/mo for an unusable program.
Back ground check on sex offender to see if it works

I got app to do a background check on my babysitter. I did so but then thought I should probably do one on someone I know has a record. So I did one on a sex offender. This person has multiple sex offenses and he doesn't show up as having a record on the app. I wouldn't trust this app as a true way to find out who is or is not a bad person.
App worked fine up until recently

I'm not sure what's going on but this app hasn't been working with the newest update. I never had an issue with it before this needs to be fixed ASAP

Since I upgraded to the latest version, an error comes up on the screen saying the user profile had an error while trying to retrieve it. Can we please roll back to the previous version?
At least the BILLING works just fine!

This app has been repeatedly charging me for months I haven't been able to use it, even though I've notified their "support" by email. I've tried everything including reinstalling the app and re-logging into my account. Still tells me I need to upgrade again, even though I've had recurring billing setup for months.
Help!!
Maybe it's issue on my end!
This a good app but I can't seem to reinstall it it keeps going back to the cloud little icon ?

I found this to be very misleading. It said you could get public court records. Well you can for additional costs! That should have been indicated up front. Requesting a refund since this was not helpful to me for what I needed. Let's see how their customer service is. If good I will let you know. If not I will DEFINITELY let you know.

when you search someone 80% of the time I get ( N/A under address and phone number or criminal history ) so I think it's not worth the money I spent.

Nice informational tool but from what I understand this is not to be used in business for legality reasons. It comes in handle for unofficial checking.
