On iPad, splash screen comes up and then goes black....unable to use. This is a recent occurrence since the last update. Prior to that it worked great. Someone skipped the testing phase in the app development!

Since latest update it starts off like normal but then a TOTALLY BLACK SCREEN. I use this ALL the time to check on people I am thinking about hiring. I NEED YOU FOLKS TO FIX IT ASAP PLEASE!!!!! Then you can have your 5 star rating back!! As of Saturday July 16, 2016 I am giving this app 5 ( FIVE ) STARS AGAIN!!! All that needs to be done ( & you will NOT LOSE YOUR PREVIOUS SEARCHES, ETC. ) is to " DELETE THE APP THE REINSTALL IT & ALL WORKS FANTASTIC " !!!!! This is the answer to EVERYONE'S " BLACK SCREEN "!!! Just try it because it worked for this IT IDIOT!!!!

THIS UPDATE: still crashes!!! now it says: "Show User Info. Template Not Found." this app has become pathetically useless with these crashes. please fix this nonsense and make this app useful again. LAST UPDATE: it was the black screen of death where try to open this app and after the logo screen, you get nothing but a black screen, and if you are lucky, then you are kicked back to the homescreen. awful horrible updates this time and last time.

New update bumps app back to 4 stars. Took a long time to get to the "Get Started" screen, but so far it looks like everything is good. Thank you!

My app has always worked fine and now nothing?? I get a screen telling me "Show User Info - Template Not Found". Before this I LOVED the app.
