The info found was half true half false address were way off dates were off, and criminal record was missing info, all categories were off. Not worth the money

The upgrade yesterday has rendered the app useless. The app opens and then just goes to a black screen.

Latest update issue

Like others I had issues with the latest update for the iPhone. App seemed to be loading slowly and then went to last screen used and locked up. So went to the standby for unusable app .. deleted it and reinstalled it. Had to log in afterwards and all seems fine now. Incidentally, those complaining about bad info .. it's info that has been collected from various sources and crossing your info with others (with same name) is common. It's not this is credit-report quality data. If there are lots of errors in your data, contact them and ask them to remove you from their database, which is what I did.
