Loving my new camera and the ability to watch the nanny at home with the kids while I work! So easy to use so I dont feel old, easy to navigate, great app!

What an absolute POS! I'm using this app with a bayitHome 720p HD pan & tilt camera. I don't know if the problem lies in the camera itself, or in the software. The initial setup went OK, but once I close the app, when I reopen it later, the app can't connect to the camera anymore, no matter what I try. I've spent several hours trying to get this thing to work, to no avail. Each time I want to use the app to monitor the camera, I have to delete the app off my phone, then re-download it from the app store, then go to the set up process all over again. What an absolute piece of junk!

On July 27th I gave this app 2 stars because it did not stay connected for more than 15 seconds. The owner has released an update and this app now rocks! I have since removed my 2 star review and proudly give it a solid 4 stars. The camera image is very good, the app now stays connected, and I love that I can move/turn the camera in my living room with my iPhone from anywhere in the world! Thanks for fixing this app. Highly recommend (And I'm NOT affiliated with this app owner at all)

So just spent 3 hours trying to connect to this piece of cr*** Won't connect to wifi, or the network and keeps showing offline. Guess need to return it and buy a reputable brand. Also no customer service number to call. And the link gets you to a placeholder page!

Bought the camera last year, and there is a litany of problems that never seem to be fixed. The feed to the camera freezes and never stays connected for more than 30 seconds to a minute. Sometimes the app shows that there are more people viewing the app than their are because the app froze on one of our phones previously - the only fix for this is to restart the camera. I feel I have wasted my money on a faulty product and wasted my time waiting on one of these updates to actually fix at least one of the original problems.

I have owned two 720p cameras for over a year, this update seems to work well, except for the feature I updated for...camera position presets. It doesn't work. Come on guys, if it is in the app, make it work.

SET ONE OF THESE UP IN FAMILY ROOM TO WATCH THE PUP. WORKS GREAT SO FAR. EASY TO SET UP TOO. IT ACTUALLY WORKS BETTER THAN THE VERY EXPENSIVE CAMERA SYSTEM WE INSTALLED FROM OUR CABLE COMPANY HERE IN CT. WE LIKED THIS ONE BECAUSE THE ONE FROM THE CABLE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE PAN TILT CAPABILITY. THIS CAMERA OUTPERFORMS THE BIG CABLE COMPANY CAMERA WHEN IT COMES TO LIVE STREAMING ALSO. THIS ONE IS AS LIVE AS IT GETS FROM THE OPPOSITE END OF THE HOUSE WHERE THE ROUTER IS INSTALLED. BIG CABLE CAMERA HAS ABOUT A 15 SECOND LAG. YOU SHOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CAMERA IF THE CAMERA IS NOT DEFECTIVE FOR SOME REASON. SOLID DESIGN SO FAR AS I CAN SEE. SOUND OPTION IS GREAT ALSO.
