Charged my account too many times and all data was lost app no good

Please stop charging my card. This app is no good. Do not ask me to email you because I have tried twice and it keeps coming back to me. All my catch logs were lost and I did nothing to make that happen. I’ve sent one more request to you contact us ....do not charge my card again Eric Georgia

UPDATED: 05/24/20....Issue has been fixed and working again. Look forward to being able to use all the features of the app again! I have used the app for more than a year. It renewed for an annual membership in March, but now, in May, the app says I don’t have a membership & required I pay AGAIN for access! I contacted customer service & got NO RESPONSE. When I can get access to the app, it’s helpful, but I am beyond irritated about the technical issues and lack of response from the creators.
Calendar a month off

Finally figured out that the calendar is a month off on its days of the week. Not a big deal, just seems like someone would notice that before they released it

Never that good

The app was never that good and now they apparently got greedy charging for basic features. Can’t stress that enough they have taken even more features away. Such a shame great idea if it worked

If you are considering the use of this app go premium! This is by far my go to app. Customer service is quick to get the job done. I had a billing issue that was quickly cleared up.
