UPDATED: 05/24/20....Issue has been fixed and working again. Look forward to being able to use all the features of the app again!
I have used the app for more than a year. It renewed for an annual membership in March, but now, in May, the app says I don’t have a membership & required I pay AGAIN for access! I contacted customer service & got NO RESPONSE. When I can get access to the app, it’s helpful, but I am beyond irritated about the technical issues and lack of response from the creators.
