I have had 2 nooks and bought a third for my brother. For me the most important thing is not only the phone support but the support you can get at any Barnes & Noble store. Where can you go with the Kindle if you need help?

We enjoy our nook. I enjoy the app where I can also reed my nook books on my iPad.

I like that the Nook app has page numbers that correspond to the paper book, rather than the meaningless page numbers in the Kindle app. My biggest complaint is that when highlighting word(s) to look up, the grips (to stretch the highlighted block) do not work well at all.

The best reading app I have is the Nook!!!

The only reading devise or app I have is Nook, and I would recommend it for anyone to purchase a nook or better yet, just download the free nook app.

Have been using the app for several years and have never had a problem. Syncing with all my devices has always been a breeze. I've never had any issues and will continue to use this app.
