I cannot load my books!

So many issues lately. Despite trying all the troubleshooting tactics listed on the website, my library will not download. I constantly get the “not connected to WiFi error.”
App won’t download any of my books.

I got a new device and the app won’t bring any of my books. It shows nothing in my library or in my archive. I have logged out and in and deleted nd reinstalled. I tried to call for help me was on hold for 45 minutes. Hung up. I am very disappointed as I have 300 books in my archive. They came for a short time. I purchased 2 new books AND THEY NEVER SHOWED U on my iPad. They can thru on my phone. The iPad app is not working.

I have been without use of my nook library or nook shopping again for several days. I could move my 200+ library to kindle I might consider it. How important is nook to Barnes and Noble? Keep customers happy or lose them. More rating stars when you return my library.

This app is easy to use and when I forget to bring my Nook or Glow Light Plus with me I can always access my books from Barnes and Noble.

What’s going on all my Library books and TV Guide is gone! I paid a subscription for my TV GUIDE and I’m supposed to get a new one this week and nothing so far! If you don’t fix I want my refund on my subscription and for books that I paid for? I see I’m not the only one complainting too smh STOP LACKING OFF AND FIX THE PROBLEM ??
