Something has been wrong for a long time and books that I purchased are not getting to my nook!!! Is anyone trying to figure out???
Not syncing

My library on both my iPhone and my iPad are not syncing. It will not sync a single book. I have logged out, logged in and even deleted and downloaded the app. Nothing is working. Quite frustrated. When I log into my B&N account all my titles show but will not sync to my device.
I’ll change this once I get someone to actually speak with me

Usually I have no issues with B&N or the app itself. Lately I’ve been trying to make anyone aware of two books that show available for nook digital purchase & yet they list as unavailable when you click on them. If you do get them in the cart, that unavailable show up when you go to buy. I’ve sent messages, DMs on Twitter to both the nook & customer service accounts & Facebook to customer care & I can’t even get a read notice. I just want someone to contact me. I’m trying to spend money & no one’s listening to the technical issue that I’ve brought up. I’ve been buying books digital & in person for years with B&N & I’d hate to switch because of this.

I have had problems for over two weeks- can’t download a book... was told to reboot and now I am missing almost 150 of my books... I want my books back! That’s a lot of money th replace them?

First the hack and now the Crash

Had the issue when they were hacked and it took over 2 weeks to get most, not all, of my books back. As of 11/3 the app keeps crashing every time I try to open. I have just about had it with BN and the nook app. The Kindle app and Amazon would of never let this situation go on this long. The BN customer service is the WORST. I sent them 4 messages and in 2 weeks not a response. I guess they don’t care about keeping a customer that has purchased over 200 books I don’t expect to see them around much longer so be careful about buying anything from them going forward.
No connected to internet

Since I did the update 2 days ago the app won’t let me download books from the cloud. It tells me there was an error, then tells me there’s no internet connection and to check it. It’s the app because I don’t have any issues on other apps, my WiFi isn’t having any problems. Update.... it’s been over two weeks and o still can not access books I purchased. Very annoying. Was told they are working on it but nothing has been fixed.
