I have had this app on my iPad for several years, with no problems at all. Now all of my books have disappeared, and the new books I just purchased will not download, but I have been charged for them. Spent an hour on hold with B&N only to be told to just keep refreshing my library! This has been going on since last Thursday, October 22, 2020! Still no books, not the more than 100 books I already had in my library nor the new purchases. And no one can say if it will be days, weeks, or months before the problem is resolved. Very poor customer service!

UPDATE - HURRAY - my books are back! Thank you BN tech people for successfully working through the problem. The Nook app on my iPad is not working. There are no books in my library including the books I purchased today. I’m getting the same messages others have reported regarding the internet, etc. Oddly, the app is working on my husbands iPad, even the new books have downloaded. And more on the odd side - my library is present and working on my old iPad but new books aren’t downloading. Things are really screwed up at BN. Hope it gets fixed soon or I’ll be asking for refunds on the books I purchased today so I can buy them for the Amazon Kindle app.

This app literally does not work at all, I’ve been waiting for DAYS for it to sync my library and still nothing this is extremely infuriating and I have no way to read what I’m rating to get to

I’ve been having trouble with the Nook app on my iPad for several days when all of a sudden the app crashed. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing my password etc. still no books. I am able to bring them up on my phone but the book I was reading is not in my library on my phone. I can’t open any of the books on my iPhone but I don’t want to uninstall that for fear of the same thing happening. Is this a ploy by Barnes and Noble to get people to buy a Nook?? I’ve had three and my last one crashed in the spring. I’ve read many comments in the ratings with people complaining of the same thing going on. Please fix this or I might just become a Kindle user.

Update: 10/27/20... All of my recent and unread books are now back on my iPad. Thank you, Barnes andNoble, for getting the problem fixed. Now I don't have to purchase from Amazon. A week ago: I have used the nook app on my iPad for a few years and suddenly it no longer downloads my purchases. I purchased 4 books and can't access any of them even after following the Nook instructions online. Apparently developers are aware of this but days have gone by and no fix. I even talked to a Barnes& Noble rep but she couldn't help. I might have to go to Amazon's Kindle if B&N doesn't get this fixed soon.

Been a big fan of Nook app for years on my Android devices. However, I am now using an iPad and can’t get any of my books to show. I have tried all the suggestions I could find with no success. Will be looking for a refund for the book I just bought so I can just get the actual book to read. Had to pick one star but worth no stars!

Terrible app. Very unresponsive when trying to get to your library. No wonder they are going bankrupt. Very sad.
