It has terrible esthetics, needs to be simplified, and streamlined... but it works... so two stars.

I like this app but I see there are two issues I’ll like to see resolved. 1. Payment received and credit received are not very clear. A negative sign next to it is not very clear when I have multiple charges. 2. When I’m paying a payment, I’ll like to see the option for previous statement balance. Only options are minimum payment and current balance. If I make a payment week after the statement is closed, I don’t want to make a payment for the current month’s charges. Yes, I can manually enter it.
Add push notifications please

The app is horrible. Honestly it’s bad. But I can forgive you if you add push notifications for transactions so I can be at ease that my card is only being used for my legitimate purchases and I don’t have to open the app to check so often.

Extremely long wait times to login has turned into the app timing out and not logging in at all.

I wasn’t expecting much considering the reviews but found the negative reviews untrue or maybe they weren’t sure how to use the app but I found it extremely easy to use and would rate this app very useful.

I have had this app for a while now... the Touch ID has never worked properly. If I kept track of the times it worked I could probably count those on one hand. I do get to see my balance and a few quick bits of info on the right side but to go deeper in the app I have to login with my password. There aren’t any push notifications, which seems odd given the similarities in design this app has to other large financial institutions. I would ultimately expect much better from Barclays than what they are delivering.

My husband and I having been used LL Bean credit card for over 10 years. We like the service very much. We are disappointed that the account will be converted to Citibank account.
No repeat payment settings change allowed on the app

Even though I set that up via desktop, the fact that I am on automatic repeat payment is not clear on the app

Get a message an update is required but in the App Store it says I'm up to date. Dumb.
This app still is not optimized for iPhone X

No face id login, and no iPhone X support. I switch to logging in through safari to use face id. these developers need to get on the ball and update the app.
