I have been using this app for almost a year now. I have zero complaints. Five stars all the way!!!
Why can’t I email myself my current statement? Why is the password interface so crappy?
I got the Uber credit card for 4% at restaurants. Now this evil company is terminating the rewards program. Never doing business with you again.
So what the hell is the point of Face ID or even a password if we have to enter security questions ANYWAY. On top of that it’s just a CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT! I have no money in their bank. Like what is someone gonna do, pay my debt for me? Simply idiotic.
This app is horrible. I like to pay the balance if my cards weekly, but the app will only show the overall statement balance. It doesn’t reflect any payments you make that aren’t at the end of a statement period like other banking apps. As other users have said, the password access is clumsy and overall the app is difficult to use.
Sometimes they work, sometimes not. It’s always questionable whether a charge went through.
I’ve never had a credit card company change its rewards program to make it WORSE for the customer. Then I met Barclays. As soon as the changes take effect, my card is getting locked and tossed in a drawer, never to be used again. Well, unless Barclays comes to their senses and changes it back.
This literally is the worst credit card app ever ! There is no way to pay current credit card balance. I am pretty sure a lot of the users want to pay the current balance and not what is the minimum balance and/or last statement balance. I always have to go back memorize my current balance and type it on the payment page. This is utterly ridiculous and bizarre ! If not for the Uber card I’m using this would’ve been a no brainer to shut down ! Learn a thing or two from the Apple Card !
Good rewards and card. Horrible app. Notifications don’t work Fico scores don’t update Chip quality is horrible I’m seriously thinking of giving up and going for another 2miles/$ rewards card. I’ll take the credit score hit I don’t care. That’s how bad this app is
I can login fine on web but not on mobile. Triple checked that user ID and password were correct. Go figure!
