Was my favorite card. This app is ruining that

Due to the relatively low credit limit, I need to pay off my card several times a month, so as to keep my credit score up — credit score drops if it sees higher than 10% of a credit card in use. I have set for prepay the balance, but now, the prepay is scheduled in advance, so I cannot pay it immediately to reset the balance ... to allow more room on the card, so I can use it. I may need to look for a card supported by a better app.

App is painful to use

I genuinely would like this app to work. But it's massively outdated. It doesn't provide anything a modern financial app it's expected to have.

Needs push notifications

Sporadic and inconsistent notifications. The option for immediate push notifications should be expected with mobile banking.

This has to be the worst BATCH software trying to act and perform as an online/real time system since 1975. Different screens reflect different status for of the same money. My bank reflect Barclay transactions within 1 day but the transactions takes 2-3 business days for it to be update on Barclay side. Also functions are displayed but provide no information. Yesterday (8/9/19) I was told by a C/ Mgr that their software is being reworked and will totally re deployed in pieces/function within 7-10 days. Really replacing a whole online system in pieces within that timeframe (problems on the horizon). The most surprising information I was told is this software is a third party package. I wish I could rate is a minus 1 but i can’t based on Apple rules.

Digital focused Bank with horrible Digital presence

This app gets one star until they consolidate their many apps into one central login and app. Hire a u/x designer and deep dive into Bank of America’s award winning app and all of the things your company is doing wrong from a digital standpoint.

The app keeps telling me my password is incorrect even though it’s not. I am able to use the same exact credentials on the desktop website to login however the app does not accept them. Garbage app.

This bank will ruin your credit score.

To Everyone that is considering opening an account with this bank, let me share my experience. They will give you A high credit limit if you have a good credit score, but right after you use the credit card and start paying the balance off, the bank will decrease your credit limit and tell you that it is due to high balance on your credit card. So far, my score has dropped 50 points because of them; Meantime my other banks are increasing my credit card limit!

Good App Overall

Overall, this app is good. The only problem I seem to have with it is related to when I go look at my points and the only way to get back to the home screen is to force close the app as the “X” in the top right hand corner is so far up on my iPhone Xs Max that you can’t actually click on it.

Maybe some of the negative reviews are old or there’s a recent version, but the app works fine for me. Face ID functions fine, app has all the features I’d expect.
