Every other credit card I have managed to update the FICO score in a regular basis. For some reason, Barclaycard can’t get it together. And don’t make the mistake of calling support.

Apple should be embarrassed that this is the bank they use for their rewards card. They have chosen Barclays to represent them, and it reflects poorly on Apple's competence. Hey Apple, ever think about throwing Barclays a bone and helping them out with their app development? Or choosing one of the dozens of credit cards that have much better apps? These guys haven't even figured out push notifications.

Please update this app!! Poor user experience.

They are missing critical features and updates that can make this an easy and frictionless experience. NO mobile next notifications. At all. Unnecessary MULTIPLE authentication requirements at every login -- even after activating TouchID. I want an experience that makes it easy for me to check my activity on the fly, get notifications to stay on track, and pay my bill with a couple of clicks. Barclays, please look at Chase and Citi as examples of how to develop a great mobile experience. Get moving please You are way behind!

1. You have to memorize your current balance before going to the Make A Payment screen, unless you want to pay some old balance that isn’t accurate. 2. If I only have one checking account, why can’t you default to that when I’m making a payment? Why force me to waste my time selecting my bank account from a list that contains only one item? 3. Sloppy layout, at least on the iPhone X...

I don’t usually write reviews for apps unless I have a serious problem with it. This app takes forever to login. TouchID causes it to crash on my phone and after a few days of using it, I still haven’t been able to login!!

I like the benefits of my AAdvantage Aviator Card, but Barclays’ app leaves a lot to be desired. Seriously, you don’t have FaceID login? You don’t have instant push notifications for charges? Look at Chase and Amex for how to produce an app.

Great app till it dropped support for my iPad

I guess Barclay doesn't want to support my iPad 2 with iOS 9.3.5...so, can no longer use this app, so sad :(

the worst bank I've ever had ... they canceled the Sears cards and they will no longer count on my credit, nor did they even bother to notify ...

Never had a credit card NOT back me when there are fraudulent charges. These people at Barclay could CARE LESS about fraudulent charges. It's YOUR PROBLEM! Barclay DOES NOT back you or protect you against fraudulent charges. They make you get on a three way call with the people who fraudulently charged your card and then you MUST give them your personal information so they can look it up and then you must plead your case. THEN, you must WAIT to see if your case is strong enough to remove the charges. DO NOT do business with these people!!!
