Would give half a star if I could.

Considering all of the other great materials barbri has for its bar prep class, I’m confused as to why this app is such garbage. It would be nice to be able to use the app consistently when I don’t have access to all of my other materials but every time I try to do AMP questions or watch a lecture, the app crashes. I spend more time restarting the app than I do focusing on materials. Do better barbri, people are paying $3,000 for this class. Either fix the app or get rid of it.

Downloads never work

I was hopeful that I could continue my studying while traveling. I had my papers ready and downloaded the necessary lectures. Not a single lecture I downloaded has ever worked! And believe me - I tested them before I walked out the door - I even tested that it worked on airplane mode before I left. Two hours later when I needed it - never worked!! This goes for both video and audio only. I beyond frustrated and annoyed for the cost of Barbri and now I am woefully behind.

I have an iPhone X and it just says “error undefined” when I log in. Way to go, barbri.

Horrible, horrible app. Constantly quits, closes windows, shows errors. Truly frustrating and disappointing.

But apparently neither does Barbri. Waves at the beach crash with less frequency than this app does. You will spend more time trying to log back into it than you will on it. If you were hoping to use this app on your commute, I advise against that. Because the app is guaranteed to crash, and there’s a good chance so will you. Either out of distraction or rage. If you need to use your phone to access the barbri materials you’re better off logging in through a browser.

It is honestly shocking that such an expensive program in 2019 can think this is a good and functional offering!!! Good for SOME types of question sets and really buggy lecture videos, that’s it. Love to bring 20 pounds of books on my commute!!

Impossible to use. Am unable to listen to lectures on the go. Just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get it to work. Barbri, you need to up your game.

I can’t believe this service is so awful. The most upsetting thing is that they say you can study on the go but the app makes it impossible.

This app is very frustrating: 1. I cannot download lectures because the download button disappears 2. I can’t view lectures and have to keep signing in and out to have to show up. 3. Unknown errors pop up out of nowhere and just stop the lecture. 4. Frequent crashes WASTE OF MONEY OTHER BAR COURSES ARE BETTER EQUIPED

This app does not work at all, it is a literal brick on your iPhone. Lectures do not load or randomly close. Quizzes and review activities randomly close or don’t load. And the interface makes touching anything on the app overly sensitive. Please do yourself a favor and use Themis. Barbri is too expensive to have such an absolutely nonfunctional application. How has no one rectified this yet? What a terrible public image the company is propagating.
