The app does not work. Period. Developers had all the time in the world to fix this before July prep but Barbri appears unwilling to spend the money to provide the product they promise. You cannot download videos (“they have a fix and are working on it but have no timeline”) and since Apple’s latest (announced and public) iOS upgrade, now the app does not work at all; you cannot sign in (“we’re aware of the problem and are working on it). So, if you plan on being in one place with a computer and WiFi for 10 weeks when you prep, great. But just know from all of the other reviews up until current July 2019 bar prep, Barbri is not taking this seriously and should honestly just be upfront and say, “we don’t offer a mobile app.”

I can’t even log into the app on most days. If I miraculously log in, it says there’s an error and nothing can load, or it shows the material, but less than half is available in the app. It’s particularly frustrating because of how much the BARBRI course is and because of how actively BARBRI pushes you to use the app.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The app won’t even let me log in. I put in my credentials, it loads, then it just stays on the log in page. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but to no avail. I even tried putting in wrong credentials on purpose, and it acknowledges that those are wrong. What gives?! As if bar prep isn’t stressful enough!
The app fails. It times out on my iPhone.

It wouldn’t even let me log in despite the fact that I was using the exact same password that let me in on my computer everyday. I reset to no avail. Deleted and redownloaded for naught and even called technical support. They were at a loss too. Ridiculous and unacceptable

This app doesn’t even let me sign in anymore. I cannot use it because it won’t even accept login information. Before this week, it would not allow for me to download videos. For what we pay, it’s pretty awful.
