The app kept shutting down when I was trying to do the exercise. This is the worst app I have ever used!

I am so disappointed in Barbri’s mobile app I am actually taking time out of studying to write this review. First, the functionality it offers is so limited there is almost no benefit in using it. Very few aspects of the course are even available via the app. Essentially watching video lectures and MBE question sets are the only options. Trying to navigate the assignment calendar, astonishingly, is even worse than the computer version. Second, I was particularly disappointed to find that there is no option to run through MBE questions like flash cards or make your own decks of questions. Third, the app shut down or stops working at least a few times every session, meaning I have to restart the app and figure out where I was… Is it seriously that hard to fix the bugs in an app that already does so little? I was checking out a friend’s Themis mobile app and it was exponentially better. Just drove home just how much Barbri could (and should) offer that it doesn’t. What am I paying for exactly!??

All of the great Barbri content is awesome on your phone. But the app makes it impossible to use. It’s not updated for newer phones and screens. The video/audio player is archaic and lacks simple interface ability with Bluetooth devices (I.e. my car). PLEASE update it!
Bugs remain despite “bug fixes”

I was hopeful that the updates released a few days ago would put a stop to the perpetual app crashes that have plagued me for the last four months. I was wrong. Despite downloading the audio files to my phone the app sporadically crashes. I can’t listen to a single lecture on my iPhone without a minimum of 4-5 app crashes. With only a week to go before the bar exam, I am beyond frustrated that BARBRI couldn’t provide a reliable app. The lectures themselves are great, but the app is TERRIBLE.
Constantly Crashes

This app would be incredibly useful for listening to lectures as review in the gym or on a walk. However, the crashes during playback so often the only thing elevating your heart rate will be your anger with the app. For the cost of the program I expected more than an app that constantly crashes and is slow to respond even when it does work.
Not Mobile Friendly

What’s the point of having an app when you can’t complete any of the AMP’s via mobile? On top of that, the practice questions for Early Bar Study never load on my Mac.
