A Shadowy Figure
Only 4 stars because while the experience is overall better than the official (now consumed by two MIT grads ads) app, I feel like the layout could be a bit cleaner.

Bacon reader crashes, send report, crashes again, send report, crashes again...etc

Latest update made the app unusable. I can’t read any subreddits or write any comments without getting a “bad request error”. I’m sure the bug will be fixed.

Been a user for years now that I got an iPhone X the app ceaselessly crashes if I try to log into my reddit account. This is some bs I will fix my rating if the app developer can fix their app.

Move the “clear recent” option or make it harder to press. Right now, whenever I want to select a search option and then press “subreddit”, it’s very plausible I hit “clear recent” and clear all of my main searches.

The app works pretty well, and fine with the layout but he most annoying glitch is after searching something in the search bar, when you go back to use it again, its hidden at the top in some glitch, and i have to visit another subreddit to reset it. Please fix this or I’m gonna find another app for reddit

I mean I love me some good reddit but godamn are these bugs annoying for the user. I’m not gonna sit here and type out a list of bugs but for starters, 20% of the gifs somehow can’t be clicked on because it’s already a reddit link and in turn won’t load. (?Just assuming?) Look I’ve used this app for the majority of my time spent on reddit. Theres just way to many consistent bugs for me to not move on at this point. Farewell bacon reader, even if this app becomes stable again...I’ll probably be too used to a different UI to come back.
Duffehhh
You took away the slide to upvote comments thing away, in favor of scrolling between posts. Please don’t do this to me. Edit: Thx

The app takes some getting used to, but once you're familiar, it's a great way to enjoy Reddit. I'm pretty happy with it, after two months of use.
