Not for Backbeat Fit 3150

Matteo Applauso

It’s confusing, but this is not for the Backbeat Fit 3150, even though the app name implies it is. Instead download the “Backbeat” app.

Needs an update

Noeldude

No updates for 2+ years. I guess no one is interested in fixing the bugs. App doesn’t rotate, which is especially annoying on my iPad.

Please fix

JV3000

I purchased 9 pairs of BB for my team at work. Most of us have enjoyed them for workouts and getting ready in the morning since we live out of hotels mostly. Some phones do not connect. It seems to happen sporadically with iOS updates/models. Can you please fix this?

Does Not Support 2100

SyntheticTone

Just got the Backbeat Fit 2100 which claim to work with an iOS app. That is a lie. NONE of Plantronics apps on iOS work with the 2100 model. Kinda sad. They really need to keep up with their software better or quit making claims that they can’t support.

No pairing

Aumock27

Pairing head phone like hour not working have 2100.

This app was handy

Hurlin, Proud Mage on Smolderthorn

This app was very handy for firmware updates on my backbeat. The problem is that it hasn’t been updated in so long it can’t even open, it just keeps crashing. Please update it and I’ll raise my star rating.

Wont connect. So unnecessarily difficult

John Bradford Tarley

Cant connect. Tried everything

Waste of time downloading app

Mike Luciano

I have Back Beat FIT headphones, and they work great. This app and the others by this company doesn’t do anything. I connect via Bluetooth and this app doesn’t recognize the connection at all. Want to find your headphones? Keep them in the same place when not on your head. I keep mine charging when not in use. In other words, use your head for something other than hanging earphones on it. LOL!

Can’t Connect to my phone

NOTamused88

I have an iPhone 10 and downloaded the backbeat Fit app ages ago. The pairing has never been a problem. After the last big iOS update I’ve never been able to connect my headphones again. The headset won’t register on my iPhone and continues to not connect. Worthless headphones.

Used to work

MikeSloff

I have purchased 4 sets of these headphones. First two sets worked like a champ for years. Through my abuse, finally gave out. Certainly felt like a got my monies worth. Bought newer version, and quite honestly bad enough it might be time to try something else next time. When they sync, all is fine, but consistently losing connection or has difficulty switching devices. Disappointing as the Older versions worked flawlessly
