But when it asked me to write what letter I heard, it gave me no clue as to what it was:(

The app progresses to quickly. It does not review the basics and fundamentals before adequately before moving on. The live classes are the even more difficult. First while trying to read the description I was signed up for a class that started in 4 hours at 10:30PM that night! I immediately tried to cancel, but would lose my credit. So I emailed customer support. It took them six days to respond. Their response was sorry nothing we can do! Really.. you can see that I signed up and immediately emailed but nothing you can do?! Ridiculous..

I have been using babbel for awhile. Still don’t get how some words are used. Don’t think the app explains well. The audio playback should be slower

2/7/22- Such an unscrupulous and criminal company. I did the one lesson and was immediately charged for a full year $89.00 without my authorization. Totally unable to reach the company during the hours they stated the would be available by phone. Sent them an email immediately and so far no answer. This company steals your money and then won’t communicate! Beware!!!!
