Doesn’t recognize my spoken word

I was trying the function whereby you hear a spoken word in Spanish and then press speak to repeat it. It would cut me off sometimes before I would even complete the word. Plus, I would repeat the word perfectly and it would say try again as though I pronounced the word incorrectly.

There is a tech problem in my French lessons that prevent me from being able to proceed. AND THERE ISN’T ANY WAY TO GET IN PERSON HELP WITH THIS ISSUE.

I purchased the life time package and paid in full. When I tried to use the program it said I was using an outdated version And would have to load a new version. This worked only once. Now I get the same error but can not get back to the program. Also on day one it put me into conjuncgating verbs not in conversation. On day two I can not get in ar all. Is there a help number I van call or can someone call or text me? Richard Beliveau
The free app is far better

Babel’s lessons are just listen and repeat. Very rudimentary and not conducive to actually learning how to use a language, just how to memorize phrases. It also does not have many options for more advanced learners. It’s very expensive too. Duolingo offers an extensive and well designed Spanish course with tons more options, all for free.

I hesitated buying this app. I did not really need to learn a language for work or travel but it’s fun. - I Can’t turn it off.
