I redid my review from last December. This app was broken for 3 months. You could not pair it to the Avia tracker the whole time it was broken rendering it useless. Customer care would not respond and their email address on here came back as invalid. Well they finally fixed the app after I personally contacted the company to tell them it was broken in the iPhone store. . It is now working but the devices themselves are always disconnecting from Bluetooth. Every morning when I wake up it says not paired and I have to manually connect it via my Bluetooth. If I walk away from the tracker out of Bluetooth range and then walk back near it in range, it disconnects and will not auto reconnect. Again, you have to manually reconnect it to your Bluetooth over and over daily. Also the wake up feature through the app is no longer working. It used to work to wake you up with a vibrate alarm. I’ve tried it a dozen times and no matter what time you set it never wakes you. There hasn’t been an update since I contacted them last December. It’s like the i.t. department for Avia doesn’t monitor this app or messages to fix issues with it. I’m going with a Fitbit next time :( I own 2 of the Avia fitness bracelets and both disconnect from Bluetooth every few minutes. It’s not my phone. I tried 2 different iPhones with same result

Would be 5 stars if I could connect it to my Health App and the whole food concepts needs some work. But other than that, I love this!

The tracker can’t keep the correct time. Syncs up then ALWAYS OFF by about 30 minutes to an hour. Awful programming. Can’t trust this device.

What a useless broken app

Don't buy these Avia fitness bracelets. The app is always broken. Today I tried to pair a replacement bracelet as it kept trying to recognize my old one instead.. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now you can't log in...says network not available all day and night for 4 days. If you try and email customer service through the app you get an error saying page cannot be displayed. I guess they're outta business now? What a waste of money. If I didn't delete your app it would still be working. Holy c#ap

At first my tracker hooked up with the app then it updated then it didn't work . Before it was a great app now it's not . So please fix it !

Had my Avia stride since last summer and it worked well. Last week my watch died and I didn't charge it till Monday this week. When it was at 100% the time was way off so I tried to log into the app to change the time but on many phones that I've tried (iPhone and Android) the app has "No Network"... So I just need the app to work so the time on my watch changes...???
