High Quality at a complete bargain...definitely a steal!

I first purchased this product because the FitBit was entirely too expensive, but now I am in love with both the app and the band! I am training for the Rio Olympic Games and needed some accountability with my training and my diet. These products take care of both needs. Smart goals adjust my daily fitness goals by analyzing my daily activity and setting the goal personalized for my activity. Food genius allows me to take pictures of my food and logs the calories for me, no more excuses for not logging my food. This product does things that my coach never has. I am able to look back to my daily weekly and monthly training volume and see where I may be slacking off. This is important because I can make corrections before I start noticing falling performances, which may be too late. I have 3 children, 2 of which still wake up throughout the night. The sleep tracker was able to tell me when I slept and when I was sleepless throughout the night. I was able to see a correlation between lack of sleep and poor performance. I am so glad I have these products a try!

Disregard 1-14-2016 review

Sword Drill

Disregard review from 1-14-2016. The situation I had still remains and has not been resolved, I feared that once I left a glowing review that I would then be summarily ignored, it appears that may be the case. My Stride unit is not functioning properly, it never has since I opened it. All the tech support couldn't help me get this thing to sync with my iPhone via Bluetooth, and I was told I would be sent a replacement at no cost. Over a month later and I have received nothing but some vague assurances via the app's Live Chat feature in the help section. Does "Victor" even exist? I write this review only because I can not amend my previous review to state the facts. Warning to potential users, if you have a serious malfunction with your Avia device, you are screwed. Hit it with a hammer and go buy something else. I am extremely disappointed.

I have tried expensive ones that have cost me a hundred dollars and they end up not working within a month. I have contacted their tech support and never heard back from them. I like having calorie count and steps on one app. Thank you!

Monitors pretty much everything and gives you the option to log in foods you eat or scan the barcode monitors steps and alerts you when you have completed the goal also monitors sleep time pretty well rounded app:)

I love this app and watch, it gives me daily goals for working and keeps a log of all my activity, the most recent update to the watch even notifies you if someone is calling you, I highly recommend downloading the app and purchasing a watch

So I am a fan. The Food/calorie tracker is SO easy, & when used in tandem with the Avia Ascend Fitness Tracker/activity tracker, you can get a real idea of what your doing. If your working on your fitness, but don't want to go to the expense of a Smartwatch, Go with the Avia Option, it's a solid value

Generally I am happy. I love the sleep tracker, but it sometimes is getting stuck in sleep. I hope they fix this. Also I wish it would allow you to track carbs or calories or points depending on your focus.
