Your customer service is terrible! I have called multiple times already about my account and I’ve only had the card 2 months! When I have made any payments it takes days to process. Then you take the money from my checking account days before you release it to my card. When I call about it your representatives are awful. You also do not report to credit agencies often which is odd for a credit building card. As is the fact you don’t release funds in a timely manner which causes my score to drop due to high credit use even though I never actually have more than $100 used on my card but it shows I’ve used hundreds because you don’t keep up with payments. I don’t recommend any card from this company. I would give it 0 stars if I could

I kept telling the person on the phone the street name and I even spelled it out and they still got it wrong I wish I could make address change online

customer service is terrible trouble with auto pay and has only one option for monthly payment dates i have multiple cards this is the worst of them all

Avant- is the best lender I have found for real credit rebuilding. Also, the app is very easy to use and it gives you the flexibility to control payments that you wish to make that apply to an early payoff. I like the fact that they make it so easy to see the original loan balance and how much principal and interest you have paid on the loan.

One star is too much after I called you 4 times to fix the problem!!! REMEMBER November Pmt was made & you turned in another pmt!! DO NOT Send or expect ANOTHER PAYMENT IN DECEMBER! You messed up My account & it made my checking account overdrawn $144!!! I thought you We’re going to refund that or a part anyway bc it was all your fault!!! Well I was very happy that Avant gave me a card w a $300 to start, but it is now one year later and no credit limit increase after making on time payments and some months more than one payment. What’s the point of this card? No perks whatsoever. If I had known at the start I would not have applied for this card. Plus their app is so basic it’s laughable. It looks like a 4 year old designed it. I do not recommend this card.

I have had this card over a year, I always pay on time and pay off the balance. I have yet to receive a credit line increase, stuck at $500. Looks like all they are about is the annual fee, I will be canceling this card within a few months.
