I’ve had this card for a while now. I can’t afford to use it because since the Cl is so low any use would put the ratio off and lower my score. So I’m paying to have a card that I can’t use!!! My advice to anyone thinking of getting this card is ( DONT). They don’t value you as a customer. I’ve had absolutely no missed or late payments and I applied for a Cl increase and was turned down. I’m not happy at all.
On Time Payments for 12 months and they will not reduce the interest rate

I used avant- when I needed money quick and had a not so great credit. At first it seemed great, then if you miss your auto pay date they will pull from your account everyday until there’s money in your account, then when you make a payment they will still collect on the auto pay. Called to get a refund and they refused. I will be contacting my bank ASAP now that I have better credit and I will be paying them in full. Absolutely disgusted with their policies. Also have fun trying to get someone who speaks English you can actually understand!

I tried making my credit card payment in the app and it won’t go. The app is great to check my balance and all but can’t make a payment I had to call customer service. Fix whatever the issue is and I’ll give 5 stars

If I could give zero stars I would. Notified me 3 days later that my payment didn’t process and it was too late to make payment on time but charged a late fee. Requested waiver of fee, they denied request. Cancelled card.
