One star is too much after I called you 4 times to fix the problem!!! REMEMBER November Pmt was made & you turned in another pmt!! DO NOT Send or expect ANOTHER PAYMENT IN DECEMBER! You messed up My account & it made my checking account overdrawn $144!!! I thought you We’re going to refund that or a part anyway bc it was all your fault!!!
