I am an EMS pilot and most of my med crews have very limited if any Spanish speaking skills even living in Texas. This app has helped us all especially for pain management during transports. We can actually identify more about the patient and make them more comfortable during the ride. Probably the best app on my phone for work and I highley recommend. The audio is stellar!

I do not understand some of the reviews written about this App. I am sorry, but I disagree with some of these reviews as I think they have not checked other apps that are superior to this one. After reviewing other products, this one by far is the worst of all. It is very poorly designed and inadequate. I feel it was constructed by inexperience professional. Above all, I think it is a waste of my money. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I will not repeat what everyone has quite accurately put already. I will simply advise you to BUY IT IMMEDIATELY! You won't find better for this price.

Not only is this app fantastic, but the company is quick to respond with support for the app. I work as a paramedic in Southern California, and other than epocrates I cant think of another app that is more useful than EMSG. So often we will be on scene with spanish speaking patients and this app makes it easy to get the most critical information. If you work in EMS and treat spanish speaking patients, you owe it to yourself to get this app.

Ok app for people with minimal Spanish speaking skills. I speak basic Spanish and would have liked something a little more thorough. Also, would like an area for notes.

I'm not one of those fake reviews. This app truly is amazing. Worth the money. If your trying to learn Spanish it doesn't get much better then this. A+
