Some of the texting and phone calls show up on the log, but not all of them. The data shown is hit or miss. I will call or text my child at times, and when I look back it has no record of our interactions. Disappointing.

This is great! At first I thought it was kind of invading her privacy, then I decided I'm the parent and keeping her on the right track and safe is my job. Haven't had any problems with the app yet except it logged me out and I could not remember My log in but AT&T helped me out. If you get logged out don't call the number that shows up on the screen. Call AT&T!

Makes it easy to control and know who and when your kids are calling or texting. You probably have to use it in conjunction with another parental control and limit them to SMS text, but if you want or need the control then that's the only choice especially given how difficult Apple makes it to have any parental control.

If you want to block someone from your account...you can block calls and FaceTime ONLY. iMessages are still available. Why waste the $10?

I was looking for a better parental control for iPhone iOS device, and had high hopes for this AT&T app. Unfortunately it does not give any benefits with only giving you a view of calls received and placed on an iPhone. Does not do anything with regards to iOS iMessage, FaceTime. I understand apple is difficult to work with but as a big three cellular provider I would recommend becoming an authorized developer so that this app can improve. With all that said with regards to iOS devices. This app should work, if you provide two options of “texts” and “calls” to list specific usage of texts and calls you should separate them accordingly otherwise remove that option and list all activity as you currently do. I won’t continue to use after this first month that I’ve paid.
