This app has few fatal flaws. First off it won't show all my contacts with their names so I'm left with a list of phone numbers on the bottom of my contact list that I have no clue who they belong to. The sound quality is consistently subpar with VoIP and cellular calling. The app crashes inconveniently during calls or simply drops call altogether. The when my call has "HD" quality it sometimes cuts the incoming audio out. This app needs to be redone. On the bright side they do have a good color scheme.. *Update* they've improve the reliability and stability of the app so it's much less of a headache.

reliable and better than most apps of this type . The call handling aspects could be improved . Great text, fax, and calls on your phone or computer .

The app has a lot of good ideas but several don't work. Support people are obviously not from around here. I can't remember if they have ever solved a problem not to mention that they take up a lot of my time. I would expect more from ATT. They need consultants that are available to come on site to solve problems. A good problem solver would go a long way in helping my company make this a good phone system. Instead, I would caution anyone thinking of using this phone system.

Colors make reading in sunlight impossible! I use Advanced Call Handling a lot. Wish there was a symbol to indicate it is activated. Too many steps to get to ON/OFF activation spot to check or use. Above comments still in force a year later!

There are some improvements that could be made on quickly making call handling changes. However, most of this app is just what is needed for a small business.

Call reception on wifi or on the road is nearly always bad. Even the desktop app when on wifi.

Lose call when switch from Bluetooth to headphone. Lose call when switch from wifi to LTE.

This app gives me the freedom to leave the office but otherwise I'm so frustrated! I only get every other call. If I need to transfer the calls to someone else I end up having to call in because the after hour calls don't transfer at the same time and for some reason when I transferred them back this time it didn't transfer the texts. I called, was put on hold for 30 minutes and I hung up. I missed 6 business calls while I waited.

The latest update makes the app much more user friendly and a lot more helpful when out of the office. Can answer calls like normal cell phone calls which is so much better than the pre-update version. The ability to see faxes and such is a nice feature as well. Update 04/21/17: minor annoyance is that incoming faxes sometimes make the app ring like it's a phone call. It doesn't stop ringing until you answer or reject the call.
