I beg of you please update this app-it is completely buggy and I can barely use it anymore. Dropped calls, missed calls, bad reception. Please please update I use this app every single day!

Great potential - could be much better with a few updates

I love having the ability to: - forward work calls straight to my phone - send / receive faxes from my phone A lot of our employees don't use the app because: - the texting doesn't work like an iPhone - large texts are broken up over multiple boxes and get out of order. - caller ID doesn't work, even if it's someone within the company calling or its someone that's in my personal contact list that O@H has accessed. - there can be a delay in speaking to hearing when on phone calls.

This app works occasionally on different devices. I purchased ATT ring central back in 2010 ( which is now Office at Hand ) and it worked ok. If you ever need support and you call ATT which is important because the app is free but the 800 numbers (2 minimum) will cost 40.00 a month and know one in all of my calls to ATT knows what this app is. So support, forget it! It worked ok on my 4s and rarely works on my 6 and by that I mean my 800 # normally goes straight to voicemail. I have gone through every setting, done every update on my computer and my phones. I just wish they would fix this app because when it works it's worth the money but when your waiting for a call and it goes directly to VMail well, you know.

Everything works. Interface is a bit tough to navigate until you learn it. Wish that there was a way to make interface less steps when changing ring orders

We own a car dealership and have had this system for years. It used to just be a call forwarding system that worked well for the price. This new app has amazing features-if only it would actually work! Constant missed calls that never ring, malfunctioning audio, trying to transfer calls to another salesperson works when it wants to, annoyingly rings even when the app is closed, and sometimes calls will just start going directly to your cell phone and bypass the app. You have no idea this is a customer and not a personal call! Basically, it is a cheap service but too risky to operate your business this way. The only good part is that calls are always recorded and you can speak to a customer anywhere you go without being in the dealership.

This is a great program and essential to a small business. Easy to use and makes this 1 person business sound like a Fortune 500 company. I have been using it for 5 years. Works every day like it is suppose to work. On those occasions when you need technical support, I have found them to be very knowledgeable of the product and committed to solving the problem I am having.

we switched to this system. big mistake. our old system was better. do not use this unless you don't mind looseing costumers and thousands of dollars

On the road I want to make calls via Office@Hand hands-free using Siri to dial out Please add this feature And if it would use the default ring out in the app voip or ring out that would be ideal for areas with spotty reception

I have been using Office at Hand for two years now. It WORKS the way it is suppose to. If you are having problems, please check your settings. Here are the great features. 1. When a call comes us, you can tell from the caller ID that it is from the APP. 2. When you miss a call, you get a text message. 3. It is very easy to call back back or block a call. So much more, but bottom line ... it WORKS!!
