It’s easy, and so simple that you won’t give up on it.

Grateful for this

I’ve only been using this for a week, so I’m in that “first blush of love” stage, but so far, this has been just what I was hoping for-convenient, yet effective. Just the fact that I have to photograph my plate as it’s ready to eat has kept me from falling into the “shove it in my mouth as I go” habit I’ve developed over many years. I love that I can make notes (or not); really helps my reflection. Have had very swift response from developers when I’ve asked questions. Four stars instead of 5 is just because I want to be able to do horizontal view on my iPad, but Tom assured me an iPad-friendlier version is in the future!

Game changer for gestational diabetes

Lalafoilalal

I have gestational diabetes and I use this app to make notes on what I've eaten and what my blood sugars were. I love that I can see exactly when my last meal was, how long I've gone in in between meals, overnight fasting, and what I ate all without the hassle of logging calories. I can make notes on exactly what I want to remember about a meal. This app is amazing!

Very easy to use!

I love this app and how easy it is to use! I don't feel like I waste any time in my day logging my meals like I would if I were tracking calories or macros. This is an excellent way to stay on track with healthy eating! It's helpful that it shows the hours between meals and overnight fasts too. Overall a great app, and free too!

Food freedom.

whatsonmyplate23

I never thought I'd actually find food freedom. Tracking without guilt, no calories, no good or bad, listening to hunger and honoring your cravings. I immediately stopped dieting. I've been dieting my entire adult life and I can officially throw out the books and drop the obsession. Love that I can snap a photo and go on with my life and not think about food anymore. Who wants to go through life counting calories or carbs? Not me. I'm living my life, finally!!

Best tracker!

vmccc

Love that it's visual. I use it to substitute actual macro tracking. I feel so much less stressed and just love the simplicity.

Brilliant

This app is awesome. Designed based on successes. Not focused on calorie counting. Incredibly healthy and the perspective is yours to decide. Healthy. Well done. ???

The Best Food Diary!

Realst8ace

My husband and I started a new eating and exercise program which includes recording your daily food intake. On the first day we we're manually recording our meals when I discovered this app. With the snap of your camera you can photograph what you ate and even make notes. It times the gaps between meals too. If you forgot to snap a photo you can add a text entry with the note and time. The only thing I haven't figured out is how to add a photo after the fact with the right time (I accidentally took a pic outside the app and couldn't log it in ). That is a small thing in exchange for the convenience of the food diary.

Easy to Use

Love it. Way better than counting calories, but still keeps me accountable for what I’m eating

MAKES YOU WANT TO IMPROVE!!

Shicks090

This easy to use app is addictive!!! Just by taking a picture or entering what “you ate” and being honest as to whether it was on “your path” it shows your progress. It asks simple questions like were you hungry, where were you when you ate, how you felt after. It really makes you think. After a couple of weeks using it I find myself waiting more for hunger because it tracks the time between eating. I used to eat because of the clock regardless but now I’m more mindful. I’m truly loving it!!!
