There’s a handful of clothing apps I use regularly and ASOS is among them. This app is so convenient. The only issue I’ve experienced is losing some of my “Favorites” in my saved items, however, beyond that, I’ve had no complaints. I’ve done everything on this app from multiple back to back orders to numerous returns and haven’t come across any issues. Even while searching for various items, the various filter features have come in handy. I truly love this app and would recommend the app (and ASOS in general) anyone!


Why is there no option to change the app language.

I live in Germany but don’t speak fluent German. There is no option to change the language to English even though there are English sites. It makes it extremely difficult to shop the website and app.


Failure in all ways.

Ordered gloves, received a pair of women’s pants. ASOS switched to paperless returns. Except this requires you to print out a label yourself to make returns. As I do not own a printer, a customer service representative just instructed me to visit a library. To make a return. Because they made a mistake. Expecting -every- customer to either own a printer, ink, paper, or having them travel to get a label doesn’t seem very green. I’ve been a customer for years, and I will no longer be ordering.

As a new customer of ASOS I am extremely disappointed in the customer service as well as the company delivering a defective product. this is my second chat that I have created because of the fact that the previous representative couldn’t wait for me to finish typing and ended the chat. I do not feel that I will be using this company ever again due to extreme bad service at every turn and I will be posting as many negative reviews as possible ref number for previous conversation 39434719 and I am a landlord and will be banding all deliveries of asos from delivering to my property (all carriers will be notified)

the app itself is pretty cool but when you need to get in contact with someone it takes forever they canceled an item on my cart and they said they were gonna refund me and still haven’t

It is extremely difficult to get ahold of an actual person when dealing with an order issue. Their live chat “help” system does not help AT ALL. I was sent the wrong item and instead of sending it back and them giving me the correct one, I have to reorder the item and can’t use the discount I was originally given as a first time user of the app. This is completely unfair and the service team is extremely incompetent. Why do I have to pay extra for ASOS’s mistakes!? This is beyond frustrating.
