i have had not one not two but three orders sent with not just a wrong size - BUT THE WRONG ORDER. Nike shoes .. nope .. gothic platform knee high dr martens … cmon asos get better customer service

This was my first time ordering from this site and it’s has been the worse experience. I made an order on cyber Monday and almost 2 months later no package. I didn’t receive a shipping notice or anything. And worse part of all is they TOOK MY MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT. Now I’m $50 short and no winter coat. You guys are actually sad. No contact number no people actually answering the live chat. You guys just want money. I will make a bunch of noise with this incident, trust me.

Asos never delivered two items and customer service is horrible never heard back from them for an item I orders over two months ago.

ASOS used to be a great place to shop. After a couple order issues over the last year and trying to deal with their “customer service” my faith has been lost. It seems to be the norm now that they have no stock in any sizes. This place has really gone down hill.

i love all the different styles. everything was very direct. a little on the expensive side. but money is not a problem. if you are looking to find who you are through clothing, this app is definitely the one to get. experience the styles for yourself! and remember, have fun with it!!

I ordered 2 items 1. A Northface hoodie (55$) and a 2. Brown jacket (about 40$), around Christmas time. When I received the items they were in great condition the only thing is the Northface hoodie was too small so I returned it. I followed all the directions in returning a item but never received update emails. I waited more than 14 days and then I attempted to contact them in the online chat was never connected so I emailed. I’ve emailed them over 3 times still no response, still waiting on my refund. customer service is trash.
