Yes some people spend money on the game but it’s more than a game. You’re guild mates become your friends in game and real life. A lot of people I have been playing with have become great friends over the past couple of years, but we play together everyday and chat on and off the game everyday. Once you get some good mentors in the game it’s really a fun game to play.

I started playing this game on the encouragement of a friend. Started and liked the play. Played for maybe a month and was getting more involved with it. Got to lvl 7 and friend wanted me to join his alliance. Impossible to do when you reach lvl 7... Just got on today and my game has been deleted and starting new is the only option. You guys are taking your game down. I know my lvl 7 is small, but still, what if I was lvl, 14 or 15 like my friend?? No point in spending time if game play is not saved. So long, a possible good game off my list...☺️

Stay away from these con artists this game when you buy something they will eat her not credit your account or double charge you and if you dispute the charges with your credit card or the App Store they will suspend your account

7p provides incorrect and late information and doesn't provide any resolution. I had an issue with a recent event. At 11am PST a couple days before event ended, I opened 100 red super equipment chest to receive the yellow notification that states my probability of getting the event item needed for exchange is higher. Just like how I got my previous item the day before (which is normal). So after getting the yellow notification, I continued to open more chest for the drop. At 110 the notification disappeared. I thought it was just a simple error. So I opened more. But the notification never came back. Checked my inventory and I never received the drop. I contact devs through help page. They informed me when the yellow notification comes up my probability will increase to get the drop. Once I receive the drop the notification will disappear. They asked me to send a SS of the issue and will look into the issue. I don't know how to send an SS of a notification that disappeared already. I didn't know the notification would disappear in the first place before getting my item so I didn't take an SS of the before. So I just resent them the image of my super chest no longer having the yellow notification which I sent along with my first contact to them. Since they are looking into it and can pull up all my data from their logs, I waited for a reply with a solution/update. I contacted them multiple times to get an update, but did not hear back. I did not receive a reply until after the event ended. The reply Arsiel sent me was at 12:44am stating that 7p provided incorrect information about the yellow notification. Stated they do not know when the yellow notification will actually appear or disappears. Told me to keep trying to open boxes before the event ends and they pity that I did not receive the item this time. The event ended at 12:00am, 44 minutes before I received the reply. I loss the 115 boxes plus 125 boxes from the first run. Hoped for 7p to assist me on the issue since they were looking into it and confirmed that I should get the item before the notification disappeared. But in the end I was provided false promises. 7p just gave me incorrect and late information along with their pity for me not getting the item.

I saw an ad for this Game on Youtube and the Graphic were stunning! So I decided to give the Game a try and it ended up pulling the same stunt as others by making the game out to be this amazing thing that when out to the Test was nothing like what I saw on the Ad. This is false advertising, and it is a shady Business move that make Players not trust you. Shame on you!
