Unless you are a pay to play player there is no balance and paid players are encouraged to destroy and gains you get. Extremely unbalanced.

Once again, we have a game where the only thing that matters is how much money you can spend on it. If you got hundreds of dollars well then you get to be the baddest person in the game and Harris everyone else by keeping them from getting bi enough to compete. Unless of course they spend hundreds of dollars too then you can be in the same guild and take over the server for real. Now that I think about it, that is probably what the developers of games like this want, get rid of those who don’t or can’t spend a ton of cash. Oh well who wanted to play this game anyway. I recommend not wasting your time unless you enjoy blowing you money on stupid stuff.

Numerous bugs make this game unbearable. Zero customer support in the last 12hrs of play. Hints are displayed on the bottom of the screen. Following the hints will get you many resources. UNTIL you craft an item and the system doesn’t register that item. This bug keeps the hint on your main screen as a reminder that you can’t progress any further or receive the resources that are necessary to upgrade your ship. You will find 4 to 5 flashing money icons on your main screen, because this is a Pay-To-Win game. I got attacked and bought a shield, just to have the shield drop so I could get attacked again. You have to buy gold to get a shield and as a low level you have to have a shield to survive. High level (as in 2 levels above you) will relentlessly attack you, steal your resources & wipe out your soldiers. Without soldiers or resources you can’t play. Your soldiers have turn timers and when the turns run out, guess what? Yep, you have to spend real money to get more turns. Everything you do in game is time based, so at level 8 you have to wait over an hour to upgrade 1 part of your ship. (There are 16 parts to upgrade at level 8. Meaning 16hrs of wasted time.) Want to shorten the time? You have to spend real money. Your ship can move around the planet, in short movements. This means that high level players can chase you down and take all you resources while killing your soldiers. In short, save your time, money, and storage by playing another game.

Got a new phone so the game locks me out of buying anything for multiple weeks and they refuse to do anything about it. I've mailed them multiple times and keep getting the same scripted response.

Same clone mmo money grab as all the others. Don’t advertise with non game play. Move along unless you want to spend to win a clone game.

App developers appear intent on creating confusing button locations and unexpected button shifts which are likely to cause you to accidentally spend game gold (real $) without any confirmation and use resources or sell items by mistake. Any request for assistance from the developers is met with “sorry we can’t help you” B.S. response. Piss poor customer service

As i said it was fun until they decided to merger the servers and then they cut the value of the gathering bonuses . Was getting over 100k per hour and now max with gold purchases is 64k per hour . The game is nothing like the advertisements . It is mildly addicting though, plus there are some good guilds that really help you level. There will be a certain point at which everything you want to do will cost you gold . They will reset gold confirm and garrison constantly. Check it daily or you will lose everything. It’s nothing like advertised. I literally just lost over 10k gold , 100,000+ power and 96 percent of my troops because of this . Play at your own risk

Game says it is not a pay to win, but it is! You never have enough resources to have fun, unless you want to do one upgrade then wait 24 hrs for your resources to partially replenish. Everything u do costs an excessive amount of resources. Good concept and well built, but in the end I do not want to pay money to get enjoy, and I have too see what would happen. I have discussed with many other players in the game and they agree. Since it is new many will pay, but then down the line it will falter as many have already begun to quit because of this pay to win attitude.

The game is great. I subscribed to the gathering and production boost. Upon renewal it quit working. I did everything the help page suggested... twice or more. Contacted customer support and for two days now I get nothing but canned answers. Everything I have already done multiplayers times. As if they don’t read the thread. Very bad customer service.
