Terrible customer service – Ark of War: Aim for the cosmos Review

The game is great. I subscribed to the gathering and production boost. Upon renewal it quit working. I did everything the help page suggested... twice or more. Contacted customer support and for two days now I get nothing but canned answers. Everything I have already done multiplayers times. As if they don’t read the thread. Very bad customer service.
