This app is used by scammers. I was trying to contact customer service from eBay and clicked on the number they was linked. I later found out the number was connected to a scam center in India who used this app to gain access to my bank account through this app. There is no ethical reason for someone else to have access to your phone.

Please be aware that scammers are posing as Tech help with many companies such as Amazon and trying to get you to download this so they can see all your credit cards and accounts- I almost fell for it so please be ware that it’s another way they try to get info from you

Called eBay and unfortunately the website was disguised as eBay and the person on the other side made me download this app, at this point I was getting suspicious, and I hung up. There is no way that eBay needs to take over my phone to verify my account. Beware
